26 and still figuring it out

turned 26 today. i realized that 26 isn't a "big" birthday like 16, 21, or 30 but looking back over this past year. i have never really done that before, taken a look back over the past year. this is one of the few reasons i really love facebook is because i have lots of pictures on there to look back over. haha so many good things that i wanted to share with you (if there is someone actually reading this)...

(my homeboy left for school and started his "first year" in med school. so proud of my boy )(.)

(we hung this giant tire swing in our backyard. it once hung in jess's parent's backyard now it's hanging in ours.)

(we usually always do a fall visit up to D.C. to visit friends. there also just happens to be an ikea there as well. i love our trips to D.C.)

(we love visiting friends in blacksburg, va. miss them bunches)

 

(spoke in front of the church this past april. spoke my message on "just be you". it's "my message" i feel i am to share with everyone. i was super nervous)

(we began to be a part of our local agriculture this year. we became a part of a CSA. those carrots were HUGE)

(this year we also made some new friends. they are pirates and they are some dang good friends too. i pledge to be all i can be...)
